Bring your fishing pole because the Androscoggin River will hook you in! Liberally stocked with rainbow, brown, and brook trout, this undisturbed waterway will bring you a catch. Stretching from Errol to Berlin the “Andro” is characterized by fast-moving rapids, long riffles, and slow water. Fish directly across Rte. 16 on our OxBow River property, or just down the road at the BoFinger Wildlife Management Area. You might reel in landlocked salmon or smallmouth bass.
Take your sled from our door to the corridor! Located just off Corridor 19, the Inn at OxBow Acres allows you to hop on the trail straight from the parking lot. This corridor runs up the eastern side of NH all the way to Canada. If you want to explore the Great North Woods and cover hundreds of miles, there are several shops along Rte. 16 where you can rent a machine. Owners, bring your sleds and ride off after a hot breakfast! Groomed trails, early snow, and favorable conditions combine to make White Mountain winters anticipated and fun!
